Media Release Waiver

Media Release Waiver for Attendees, Vendors, and Sponsors

By participating in events organized by The Union Marketplace, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Consent to Photography and Recording

You understand that The Union Marketplace, its representatives, employees, agents, or affiliates (collectively, the "Organizers") may photograph, film, livestream, or otherwise record your likeness, voice, or performance during the event (collectively, the "Recordings"). By attending or participating in the event, you hereby grant the Organizers the right to capture, use, reproduce, broadcast, publish, or distribute the Recordings, in whole or in part, in any media format, now known or later developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, educational, or archival purposes.

Release of Rights

You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in the Recordings. You hereby release and waive any and all claims or rights you may have to royalties, compensation, or other benefits related to the use, reproduction, broadcasting, publication, or distribution of the Recordings.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that your participation in the event may expose you to the risk of being recorded or photographed, and you voluntarily assume any risks associated with such exposure. You agree to hold the Organizers harmless from any claims, demands, or liability arising from your participation in the event or the use of the Recordings.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from or related to your breach of this Media Release Waiver or any other agreements, representations, or warranties made by you in connection with your attendance or participation in the event.

Governing Law

This Media Release Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
